Ghost Post was born out the sheer volume of parcels, packets, boxes and other deliveries that people in the UK are ordering.

We understood immediately that sooner or later delivery companies will have to start delivering at night in order to facilitate the incredible volume of orders right across the UK.

Our couriers are called “Ghosts” for a reason. In an ideal world we don’t want any interaction with the customer receiving their parcel and the customers very likely don’t want any interaction with the courier they simply want their package to appear out of nowhere. So that’s what we aim to do by introducing what we are calling : “Minimum contact Delivery” this is the way the market is going and will naturally progress toward.

With the current logistics market in the UK being, on the whole, woefully unprofessional we aim to drag that reputation back by getting back to basics. Being good to you and good to your parcels, it’s as simple as that.

All our drivers are criminally background checked and vetted before they deliver a single parcel. It’s incredibly important to us that our couriers are of good standing because we take crossing the threshold into or onto someone’s property very seriously. Not only do we deliver packages to customers but at the same time we deliver peace of mind to the customer, safe in the knowledge that the courier that entered their back garden, their shed, their property is fully vetted.
